Important notes about transfer process... |
|
1. Domain registrar transfer is optional process, in regular cases, we only ask you to point your domain to our servers by changing your domain's name servers.
2. Domain name transfer process take about 5 days, so do not submit your domain for transfer just prior domain expiration date or process may fail.
3. Domain name must be older than 60 days AND not transferred to current registrar in the last 60 days.
4. Domain name must be active (not expired) and in unlock state.
5. You must have access to domain registrant e-mail address, to know the e-mail address of the registrant, please check the WHOIS lookup test at www.dnsstuff.com.
6. All .COM, NET and .ORG domain names now require an EPP transfer authorization code. Please contact your current registrar to obtain this code prior to submitting your transfer request.
7. You must have an active hosting account hosted by 2mhost.com with primary domain name you want to transfer, If you are new client then place the hosting order first then come back to initiate.
8. Domain transfer is totally free for the first year, next year (in your hosting account renewal date and disregarding current domain expiration date) you will pay regular domain renewals fees ($8.75/year)
